LaserQuote uses one of the world's most advance nesting algorithm. This is the irregular option in your system settings and it is also the default one. You can also use the FillsheetRectangle option which will use a rectangular nesting logic to get as many parts as possible in a full sheet, or FillSheetIrregular which uses the original true-shape nesting to fill the sheet with as many parts as possible.
